Vtg 1959 Disney's Sleeping Beauty, Prince Phillip, Samson & Accessories Play Set

Play Set by Marx Toys. "Walt Disney's Sleeping Beauty & Prince With Horse and Accessories". This Marx play set from the 1950s features characters from Disney's Sleeping Beauty, including Prince Phillip and Samson the Horse. Made of hard plastic and produced in the United States, this vintage set. Is in good, pre-owned condition and has many of the accessories originally included in the play set such as Aurora's stole and corset/bodice, Prince Phillip's hat, belt & cape and Samson's bridle & saddle - all frequently missing.

This is the perfect set for anyone who loves vintage toys, Disney memorabilia, or Sleeping Beauty. All pieces display well but could use a good scrubbing to really shine! Issues we've noticed include. Prince Phillip is missing his sword but it's been replaced that with a wooden lance or skewer. There is no feather in his hat or knife on his belt. Sleeping Beauty is missing something on her head - perhaps a crown? Samson has one chipped ear.
