But this set includes a whopping 33 presidential figures - the original owner clearly added extra figures over the years! This set appears complete or very close based on what the box lists. I counted 53 total parts, including the walls, windows, pillars, chimneys, roof pieces, lawns, trees, lamp post, extensions, and more. Also included are the original instructions sheet and all major building components.

Plastic parts show typical age-related yellowing, common for 65+ year old Marx kits. Some parts have wear and small stress marks; a few trees are worn but included.

Box is intact but shows expected shelf wear, tape marks, and edge rubbing, as seen in photos. 33 presidents included - far more than the 8 originally included! Instructions sheet has creasing and discoloration but is still fully readable.
