Vintage Marx toys Westgate service station / garage in original box

This is an old Marx toys Westgate gas station / parking garage with the original box. It has been assembled at one time.

It appears to be complete. Some of the accessories have yellowed from age and decals have some damage as shown. There is some minor rusting along the back edge of the base as shown.

I think it is in fairly good condition for the age. It comes with a reproduction decal sheet also. Everything included is shown in the pictures.
