Vintage Marx Toys 1977 World War II Battleground Play Set Incomplete With Box. It is a vintage used item. It does come with the original box but it is not in perfect shape. There are 88 pieces included in total. It does show signs of age and wear with some brittle spots. The play set pieces themselves range in condition from good to poor. See below for an itemized list of pieces that are included. Please see photos for condition details.

The Box is in poor shape from age. One side of the top is missing the other side is accounted for but is torn off and is loose inside the box in two pieces. The top does have some of the paper peeling away from the edge and is over all in brittle condition from its age.

It does however have some cool graphics and can be preserved for a collection if it is handled carefully. 18 Green Army Men in various stances. All but one are in good shape with no obvious issues as far as I can see. The one has lost his foot but it is included in the broken pieces bag.

25 Light Grey Army Men in various stances. One or two of them have a broken weapon but most are in good shape. 6 guns of various types, they are in decent condition with one of them having a bent barrel. They are a more rubber type of plastic.

1 hand grenade, 1 knife, 2 land mines. 2 paper battle flags with plastic poles. 1 brown plastic vehicle bridge that comes in two pieces and snaps together. 12 brown plastic terrain and artillery cover pieces of various sizes and shapes.

4 silver plastic fence pieces decent condition with 1 broken piece in parts bag. 2 plastic barb wire pieces that are brittle and have missing sections. 2 Tree line pieces in good condition.

1 plastic green boat good condition. 4 Military vehicles all of which have issues from brittle cracking to detached wheel axles. One is completely shattered (pictured). 3 Military trailers that also have issues with cracking and detached wheel axles. 1 Plastic tank that also has cracking where the wheel axles attach. 1 Grey plastic rotating military mortar weapon good shape other than some yellowing from age. 1 Silver plastic mortar weapon in good condition other than some yellowing from age. 1 green plastic mortar weapon in good shape.
