Vintage marx swimming pool / patio playset

Vintage marx swimming pool / patio playset. Very unique marx pool patio playset. Set is very nice shape for its age and displays well alone and/or with a Marx style tin doll house.

Does not have original paperwork but not sure if all pieces are there. All accessaries, figures and plastic pool and patio are in very good shape with no cracks or blemishes as far as I can tell. Box is solid in good shape. Does have small hole on top of box and Childs writing on inside flap to box. Please ask any question or request more pictures if needed.
