Vintage MARX Enchanted Village Playset Boxed vintage rare

DESCRIPTION OF ITEM: I'm not sure if it is complete, There are no broken parts that i see but a few buildings were painted. The box is in poor condition from many years of attic storage, mostly stains, a few tears and old age. Please look at all pictures as it will be part of the description, I check and test all items that need to be checked to work or are complete. Thank you for looking at my items.
