This is a tough piece to find. I do not see any other.

It has three holes as seen. In pics 8,9, and 10. The worst of the holes (pic 10) measures about. There are a couple of small tears on the edges.

Of the plastic mat as well. Mat is dirty and may need further cleaning.

Measures about 40" x 36". This piece was stored in a wooden trunk. For the past 60 years. It smells like the trunk.
