The Louis Marx Company of New York produced many playsets in the 1950's and 1960's including sets for The Untouchables, Flintstones and a Civil War set, a version which is up for sale here. Cavalry horse: 7 (2 black, one with broken leg; 2 med brown; 2 tan; 1 beige). Harness horse: 2 (1 med brown, 1 beige). Blue Union Soldiers: 47 Total.

Walking, cannon ignitor in right hand: 3. Advancing with bayonetted rifle: 6. Officer with pistol, left arm out: 3.

Standing: ramrod at waist: 3. Gray Confederate Soldiers: 41 Total. 9: Advancing with bayonetted rifle: 3. Centennial Soldiers Gray: 11 pieces including stretcher.

Running with bucket and ramrod. Officer with sword and pistol.

Lying wounded, hand to head. Mounted Figures Blue: 5 Total. Mounted with slouch hat: 2. Mounted with Kepi hat: 2. Limber and and caisson driver: 1.

Mounted Figures Gray: 4 Total. 2 Top pieces of cot (not complete) PL-765.

2 A style trees PL-524. 2 Rock piles with left bulge PL-944. Pieces of exploding bunker PL-1056.

4 Fences in light gray PL-1094. 2 Flag pole bases (broken). Tin Litho Rebel Flag (missing flag pole). Rifle stack on circular base. 5 pieces from Small Accessories Sprue.

7 pieces from Civil War Accessory Sprue (2 out of the 3 holsters do not have guns). Cassion (looks like the end is broken off). Seat for medical and supply wagons. Extras Figures (these appear darker shades of blue and gray, I assume from a different version of the set). 3 Marching (one has broken gun).

1 Advancing with bayonetted rifle (rifle is broken). Condition: Good to Very Good Condition with some signs of wear on a few pieces.
