Vintage Louis Marx Colonial Metal 2 Story Doll House roof Patio withbox furniture

BEAUTIFUL METAL DOLL HOUSE KIT, I believe from the 1950'S-1960's but I can not find a date anywhere on box or instructions. For Age and use it is in amazing shape in my opinion. The box shows the most wear. Comes with all the metal pieces, and most furniture.

Has the roof top patio and the outdoor fireplace and patio set as well! Minor flaws/damage I see: bed has cracked corner but still holding together, one plastic hinge on front door is broken, the shiny "glass look" paper from dresser mirror is missing, 3 small metal tabs are broken off and included in baggy, and there is either an extra patio bench top only, or one bench is missing its 3 feet. There is an extra side leg for the patio table.
