Vintage fort apache play set

When I inventoried the pieces, I had more than was listed, but also lacking a few, so please read this carefully. The Playset is in the original box, so I believe it is 1960's. The box is torn at front corners, as I have show in photo.

There were more fort pieces than listed on inventory. I put it together (probably incorrectly) and had 3 pieces left. There are some small spots of damage to fence pieces. There were supposed to be 3 horses, but there are 4 horses and a cow. There is a tepee and a totem pole.

The well seems to be missing a part, and I'm not sure if the logs are supposed to be a fire. There is supposed to be 30 troops and Indians, but there are actually 33. The orange figures are marked Marx on the bottom, the blue are not. Weight, and because it's a box which the entire original box slights into which is 24x5x18.
