Vintage 1968 Marx Fort Apache Carry-All Playset 4685 Tin Litho Case Complete

Up for sale is a wonderful, highly collectible vintage Marx Fort Apache "Carry-All" Action Playset from 1968. This set features a brilliant mix of classic tin lithograph structures and detailed plastic figures, all housed in its original metal carrying case.

Perfect for vintage toy collectors or holiday gifting! Tin Carry-All Case: The front lithograph battle artwork is exceptionally vibrant, clean, and sharp. The original plastic handle and metal locking clasp are fully intact and functional.

There is typical, honest age wear including minor paint chipping and light surface rust along the outer folded metal edges (see photos). Plastic Components & Accessories: Excellent, display-ready condition with no major play wear.

Includes the complete brown plastic guard tower (no broken tabs), defensive ladder, two-piece cream plastic teepee, orange totem pole, wild animals (bear and wolf), and a straight flagpole with a US flag. Note: The small extension poles for the teepee smoke hole and the second background flag are missing. Figures & Horses: Includes a robust selection of authentic 1960s soft plastic figures.
