Vintage 1960s Marx Disneyland Playset #4368 original box with several pieces

It is set number 4368. It is in the original box, which is complete but in very poor condition. The set is not complete so please look at the pictures to see what is included. It is missing the mat and larger plastic pieces (Matterhorn) for sure. It is missing a few of the smaller pieces also.
