You get THREE complete sets (16 pieces in the correct pose configurations) of Confederate soldiers in medium grey, PLUS a half set (figures on the far right in the first pic) that Marx added to certain ACW playsets, also in the correct pose configrations. Two of the flagbearers have separated flags (included), which can reattached with a ceratin glue.
