Rare Vintage Marx Miniature Playset Sunshine Farm in Box Set

This set comes with wear, not sure if complete or what's missing but in my opinion (with some research online) set seems to be complete. Box in poor conditions and paper mat in great conditions for the years. Set not perfect but in general ALL pieces in great conditions. Some pieces have some tape residue.
