RARE MARX WALT DISNEY TELEVISION PLAYHOUSE #4350 - Complete - 1953. This Disney Television Playhouse playset was made by Louis Marx and Company in 1953, part of its line of great playsets issued in the 1950s through the early 1970s. This playset was produced under license from Walt Disney Productions. This playset is Complete and includes figure families from the following Disney animated films: Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Snow White, Alice in Wonderland, Pinocchio, Dumbo and Peter Pan.

1 Metal lithographed Stage components -- "Disney Television Playhouse" front of stage with curtains, 10.75" x 27.375; Stage Background, 9" x 19"; and Back of Stage, 7" x 19" x 1.875". 2 Dumbo Set: Dumbo, Ringmaster (with rare whip attached), Timothy Mouse, Fireman, Clown (light blue); Fire Tower, Water Barrel (dark blue); Fire Net (red). 3 Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Set: Snow White, Dopey, Sneezy, Happy, Grumpy, Bashful, Doc, Sleepy (green); Bed, Table for Eight, Two Benches (red). 4 Alice in Wonderland Set: Alice, Mad Hatter, March Hare, Simple Chair (green); Queen of Hearts, White Rabbit (white); Mad Tea Party Table, Ornate Chair (red). 5 Peter Pan Set: Peter Pan, Wendy, Tinkerbell, Captain Hook, Smee (white). 6 Mickey Mouse Set: Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Monty, Morty and Pluto (light blue): Gate, Table with Cake, Rake, Wagon, Watering Can, Lawn Mower (dark blue). 7 Donald Duck Set: Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Huey, Dewey, and Louie; Tree, Treasure Chest, Treasure Map, Lantern, Pick & Axe (red). 8 Pinocchio Set: Pinocchio, Figaro, Jiminy Cricket (white); Fairy, Geppetto (green). The tin litho stage is in excellent condition with minor scratches, scuffs and wear. The White Queen and Rabbit figures have some finish mottling on their backs.

The large red table is missing a leg. One of Jiminy Cricket's leg is detached and Pinocchio is missing an arm. The "script" is missing its cover and has some writing on the pages.
