Rare Marx Tin Two Story Fire House - 1954. This rare Marx tin-litho two-story Fire House is 15 1/4" L x 8 1/2" D x 12 H. The original set would have come with ten firemen in a cream soft plastic, some signs, a tin litho vehicle, and a complement of firehouse furniture. This unit is the Fire House only. In good condition with the usual patina, scratches and wear that are to be expected from age and play. Color litho is in good condition. There is some finish mottling on the roof. There is a small dent on the left rear corner. It is missing its fire truck lift rack. The fireman's pole is not original. However, a fireman coming down the pole is included.
