Marx Playground Pool Dollhouse Accessory Set with Box, one sheet of Instructions, and 4 Bags for the figures. Playset appears to be complete according to the printed box.

PLEASE READ IN FIRST PHOTO. Marx DOLLHOUSE PLAYSET Series #1427.

Six pieces of ivory fencing, one with gate (doesn't open), and one with lamp post. , slide, teeter totter, and sandbox. Box is in Very Good condition with "aged mask taping" on edges.

Bags are "abit rough", slightly faded & abit creased at top from folding them down, a small tear on one side of the largest bag, as well as a few very small holes from the figures poking through on others. Set has been opened but appears as if it was never played with.

Fence pieces are all unbroken and connect perfectly. 22 Figures appear to be without any blemish or discoloration. Some meant for the Louis Marx dollhouses/ not the playground/pool setting.

GREAT IF YOU OWN ONE OF THE HOUSES! Figures include: Father, Mother, Sister, 2 clawling babies, a nurse (nanny), 2 toddlers with pajama flaps down so cute! And one has blocks at his feet, a girl with arms raised, a girl washing dishes, a boy brushing his teeth, a girl petting her kitten & the kitten, a bathing girl in swimsuit, a bathing boy diver, 2 older children on swings (can play on teeter totter, too), a boy playing in the sandbox with his pail and shovel, 3 ball players (pitcher, batter, & catcher), and (what appears to me to be) a little girl seated with a powder puff' in her hand and wearing her mother's high heel shoes! I put her seated on the edge of the sandbox but I believe she was intended to be placed in a dollhouse bedroom sitting in front of her mother's vanity atop the stool. FYI:This would have been 1:24 scale Marx Colonial Master Bedroom of yellow hard plastic. So-o-o-o darling are these little cream figures, that I just hate having to part with them but, alas, I must! -Also, a sailboat, 2 pool toys (duck and horse), and a life perserver. Pool has a cream ladder and diving board. THIS AMAZING PLAYSET IS QUITE POSSIBLY NEARLY 70 YEARS OLD. A MARVELOUS VINTAGE MARX ADDITION TO ANY "TOYLAND" COLLECTION! THEREFORE, GIVEN IT'S AGE, "LIKE NEW" CONDITION, AND COMPLETE STATUS, THE PRICE IS FIRM! I have tried to be as thorough and honest as possible, taking good representative pictures.
