The box is intact, but shows appropriate wear and tear considering it's age. My Grandfather was a skilled model airplane builder and he assembled the buildings very nicely. The Saloon is missing a sign.
The Jail has a small tear in the front. The General Store has a crease in the front, through the sign. The cardboard sidewalks and the paper layout sheet are missing. Many are missing the tips of the pistols. Several draft horses are broken. All that said, the playset is quite complete. There are many figures and only a few are broken (except for the pistol tips). The horses with riders are all unbroken and in good condition. There are wagons, a stagecoach, cacti, fences, an anvil, a well, tether poles, fences, cows, dogs and sheep. There is a barn from a railroad set that is in one photo. It is included here, but is not part of the original set.
