There are a few small dents / scratches due to being stored / handled, but nothing major. All of the pieces are there. I think one of the short wall pieces came from another set, and this piece also has good tabs and is in good condition.

This building remained in the box over the years, it was assembled for a while, and then put back into to the box. It is rare to find a Jail Side Western Town in this condition. It is in fair to average condition.

On the end of the box, the set number is stamped, but it is almost illegible. 422, or perhaps 4222, or 4223. I do not know if this is the number of the set in the box. If you do not want the box, I can deduct something from the price and I will keep the box.
