Marx Vintage Collectibles Cape Canaveral Playset New Open Box

This vintage Marx Cape Canaveral Playset is new in open box. It looks like someone opened to play with the rocket launcher. It looks to be complete(not guaranteed), I did a quick look for certain parts.

Most parts have never been assembled, comes with instructions, Marx cert. About half bags of parts are sealed. The metal building box was sealed before I cut the tape to verify and photo. The box is in good shape with tape residue, edge wear and age/storage wear. This is a playset made by Marx in a reissue in the 1990's.

Building is metal, all other parts are plastic. It does come with the b.
