Marx Toys Roy Rogers Rodeo Set Playset #3690 Vintage

Marx Toys Roy Rogers Rodeo Set Playset #3690 Vintage. Overall in very good condition. A couple of the saddle pieces are a little sticky and the instruction sheet has rips as shown in picture.

Also as shown in the 4th and last picture, one of the fence pieces isn't attached. I didn't clean anything in here because I didn't want to risk damaging it, but overall everything is in pretty good condition. Please review all pictures, and be the judge of condition.
