Very Rare Marx 1962 Sears Store Play Set! Gently used set, in very good condition. Store includes 100 plus multiple accessories for all the various store departments. Sears Tin Litho Building with detached green canopy. 24 Figures including shoppers, motorcyclist, shop sweeper, children, mother pushing baby....

Kitchen Accessories including Freezer, Refrigerator, Sink, Washer, Dryer, Stove, Cupboard, Canister Set, Vacuum, Carpet Sweeper, etc. Outdoor/Toys including Swing Set, Swimming Pool, Umbrella, Picnic Table, Boat and Motor, BBQ Grill, Push Mower, Power Mower, Watering Can, Bike, Wagon, Train Set and Rocking Horse, and Gray Fence, etc. Automotive including Air Pump, Oil Display, Gas Can, Parts Display, Jack, White Cart, Oil Drum, Battery Display, Broom Holder, Tire Display, etc. Furniture including Sofa, Chair, Lamp TV, and Coffee Table. Work Shop including Tool Rack, Drill, Saw, Vise, Gun Rack, etc. Additional including 3 Street Lights. 6 Cars, 3 Display Counters and 3 Bases,'Shop At Sears Sign', 4 Mannequins, etc. I count a little over 100 pieces.

(Not pictured is the white pickett fence, step unit that attaches and a couple of other pieces). The building has some minor rust on some of the corners as in photos. Plastic mat is missing, the picnic table is not all there and the metal in general is slightly warped in areas. I did not snap everything together to preserve the piece a bit more. Lithos are excellent and color is also very, very good.

This set has been played with. But overall in very good condition, and I believe it is mostly complete. What a gem of a find.
