Marx Tin Litho Gas Station with Sky View Parking Garage, With ACCESSORIES. VG+ Cond

Marx Service Center with an elevator and Sky-View Parking! Lithographed steel in GOOD to VG condition, in my opinion. SOME rust spots on the base, and a 1" x 1 1/2" spot on the roof, otherwise good. Yes, the elevator works fine.

VERY nice paint all around. The plastic accessories included are the outdoor auto lift, 2 gas pumps, the battery display, a water or oil dispenser? , the street sign, 2 yellow traffic cones, and a wooden oil drum.

The ONLY cleaning that I've done is wiping down with (several) wet paper towels, it could probably use some more cleaning with a proper cleaning solution. The gas pumps, street sign, and traffic cones weren't touched, so the stickers wouldn't risk getting damaged. This is a BIG toy, measuring 26" x 15" x 11. I'm 15 minutes west of Des Moines, Iowa.
