MARX Sears Shopping Center #5980 Near COMPLETE SET Gas Pumps Pools Displays Wow

This is an incredibly rare item that I recently found in a Bergen county estate sale as part of a train layout shockingly it had many of the original items from the MARC's place at which each carry a large price tag and are very hard to find individually. The set is a little bit dusty as it was sitting in an older home in Bergen County, but we sprayed some of the dust away. Features are really nice, clean tin lethal place set gas pumps, little figures, tons of accessories that Wood would've lined the aisles in an original mall type store.

I have no idea if all of the pieces are there, but there appears to be a nice number of them. Many of the items in this place that were glued to the metal base have removed most of them and put them in a plastic baggie for easy transport and so nothing falls off in the process.
