Marx proto-type Space set blister card from R&D Glendale plant 1958

A hand drawn cardboard backer board proto-type for a proposed "Cape Canaveral space set" blister card. It is dated 9/23/58 Glen-879x-3 on back. It states hand model please return on back also.

Card is 16" X 7". Crazy mix of different sets and scales. There is a single 60mm metallic blue spaceman on top, then in a 5"x 4" clear compartment there is a Nike launcher with three rockets, in the lower portion again 5" x 4" bubble there is a set of the 11 metallic blue Airforce figures with raised bases and 3 different Tom Corbet figures. Underneath the two rectangular bubbles is wedged a 35 piece WWII weapons sprue in silver.

Card is in pretty good condition, the clear bubble has many cracks that have old clear tape over them.
