A used Marx Playsets Roy Rogers Rodeo Ranch playset, items are in very good condition, box is in fair condition. What is pictured in the listing is what the set contains; I do not know if this set is complete, nor do I know if all of the parts are originals or if some are repro, the original owner seems to think the set is original. Some of the ranching fencing appears to me to be discolored, this is also seen in the listing photos, aside from that, it appears to me to be in good condition overall.
