This includes a town bank with dark brown plastic swinging doors, a movie theater, the midtown Restaurant and the town Hall. Our lil' town measures 20 inches long by 5 inches high.
As you can see by the images below, the tin litho still has that nice "wet" look and that makes these vintage toys so cool. The tin remains clean and bright looking and is free of any dings, dents, punctures or creases in the metal. There is a 1/4 inch scratch in the litho located near the upper right corner of the town hall building. There is a hint of some light scratches located along the upper edge of the toy as well. The roof has one thin light scratch.
If you look on the "inside" the litho is clean and bright with virtually no wear at all. The plastic marquee theater sign has gone missing but the accoutrements to the town hall are still present, clean and well secured to the metal. Same with the Bank's double doors. These are well secured, clean and intact with no apparent wear. Folks--this is one incredible clean looking piece with virtually no playwear at all and would fit perfectly into your Marx Untouchables Playset. And of course all for a reasonable start and no reserve. All of our items come from a smoke and pet free household.
