This is a Marx complete playset. The play mat is unused. All figures and accessories are unbroken, box has one split on side of top and shows where tape was removed, see pictures of the box. Other than issues with the box, this set is perfect.

Some pieces are still in factory sealed, unopened bags. Open factory bags are included. This is a rare playset even more so given it's pristine condition. You will not be disappointed. This set is like brand new.
