Marx Metal Suburban Colonial Doll House 4052, w Original Box, Furniture & Dolls

The only pieces of furniture that have more than typical age/use-related wear are one white chair and the white bar stool. They have cracks in the legs, but are still in one piece. The box is in great vintage condition - there is a spot of water damage on the interior (see photo), but overall it is in fantastic shape.

The metal house panels themselves are also in great vintage condition - I believe all assembly tabs are intact.
