Marx, Marx A Mansion Doll Dream House LOOK

In the next couple months I will be listing several Marx Doll Houses, The Majority of these doll houses will be Factory Sealed. I will not be given a Lengthily Description of the sets unless they are open (Not Sealed). If you have any questions please do not. I live only a few miles from the Marx factory that made these sets and I have been collecting for. Then in 2018 Mike and Frank from American Pickers made a visit to the now closed museum and we were featured.

The name of the episode is " Franks Big Day ". Remember Christmas is just around the corner!!!! Your Wife would be so Surprised!! Marx , Marx - A - Mansion Doll Dream House LOOK! Out of all the doll houses that Marx Toys made , and they made a bunch this is considered to be one of the top 3.

This Marx -A - Mansion Dream House was assembled the beginning of 2001 and when we opened that April in was on display for all to see. The Museum was open for 16 years and of all the doll houses that we had on display this one received the most comments.

Everyone was amazed about the large size and the number of accessories that came with it. The Mansion measures 45 " X 19 " X 13 deep and the windows comes with cloth curtains. Also included is a fenced in swimming pool with a playground, Tons of furniture , a Red Corvette Car and many other items. When you receive the set it will be 100% complete.

The instruction sheet is in excellent condition, all the bags are included (some are showing their age) , The brown paper that goes between the tin is also here. After taking the pictures I realized that I forgot to take a picture of some of the furniture and the metal pole. Condition : Excellent --- Never played with!! Behind Glass for 20 years. Easurement of box = 5 X 17 X 35. Box- Very Good - See Pictures. From the 1960 , over 50 years Old!! This is a really nice Doll House that Displays Beautiful!
