This play set is in remarkable condition, especially given it's made of paper & cardboard. The outer box is solid but has been opened and has some wear and pen marks as shown. Graphics on the set pieces are bright & vivid. Set was assembled at least once as the folds have been creased but are still tight. (except for one end of the largest piece, see pics).
