Only thing that has been opened are the hard to find figures. Set includes 22 figures with 11 different pairs. Box does have some wear but still displays wonderfully.

Building and metal fencing is still in sealed unopened box. Play set looks to be complete but without any known checklist, I can not say that it is for sure. What caught my eye was the artwork on the box and I still love it, so simple yet so out of this world. Most of the bags look to still be sealed but some of the tape holding them has come unglued. I do not know if this is a 100% complete set only because when you are dealing with a set this large and with so many pieces something is most likely missing. With that said it looks to have more than enough parts and bits to have one fun time if you do decide to play with it. Instructions and decals are still sealed which is always a rare find. Even better the box that contains the building and fence is still sealed and has never been opened. I have always wanted to open it but over the years I have resisted and now I will let who ever buys this get to decide to open. Included is the rare and hard to find figures, 22 in all with 11 different pairs of figures. Not sure if this is normal or includes an extra set of figures.
