Marx 4198MO Rhine River playset Great shape

Greetings, Offered is Marx playset 4198MO Rhine River playset. This is a complete set. The set is in very good shape. The Instructions are in great shape, but I cannot tell if they are original. Some bleeding is apparent on the reverse side, so maybe it is a copy? There are no tears, rips, or chunks that are missing. The box is in fair good shape, and does have wear. There is some slits and cracks, rips and tears.

There is warping on the inside of the box and stains (water damage) can be seen all over. There is two sets of US vehicles. The vehicles are in great shape. There is two sets of German vehicles.

These are in great shape. There is an 88mm (non firing type), in great shape with no cracks seen.

The Howitzer (non firing type) is in great shape with no cracks seen. The four trees are good--no cracks.
