A Marx #3632-C Fort Apache Stockade made in Canada 1957-58. Used set but complete and in excellent condition. A few items have been replaced through the years. Box is in fair to good condition.
Structurally sound with a few corners partially open. Some glue strip stains on cover and front edge from old tape used to seal the box closed years ago. Contents include original instruction sheet in excellent condition, P-969, with c-3632 c-3634 in small print along edge. Tin cabin is mint never assembled. This cabin is different than the more common U.It has a different green shade roof shingles and there are no damaged shingles like the U. Cabin comes in it's original large stripped bag. There are a total of 9 original brown bags in various stages of wear and tear, the gate bag is a new ORIGINAL bag obviously added to the set.
Contents include a gray two piece tepee, Fort with 11 wall sections, 9 without and 2 with firing platforms. There are 2 two piece blockhouses a 3 piece gate and 4 single pole ladders all in a nice matching darker light brown. A silver firing cannon with all 10 shells, 9 of which are still attached to the runner, a perfect outdoor accessory set and a green tree round out the accessories. Figures consist of a 12 figure set of flat finish LIGHT BLUE 60mm cavalry.All but one kneeling firing pistol which is slightly different shade, match and are in excellent condition. Indians consist of a set of 6 "stockade" or first issue in red/brown plus a set of 8 "skinny" Indians in yellow, again all excellent.
