There is one of the beams that hold the building together that is broken but PRESENT and could be glued back if so desired and some slight warping and what appears to be something dried on the top edge of one wall but is not visible when the roof is in place. The five fence sections are original to the set but when I bought it did not have a main gate. I have included a gate which is fully in tact and as close to the fence color that as I have been able to acquire over the years. I will include Five additionally fence pieces closer to the color of the replacement gate, not pictured. The colonial accessories are the Maroon color. The center fold color photo of the 3408 set in issue 39 of Playset Magazine shows a wood pile, anvil and butter churn but there were no pieces in the set when I acquired it many years ago and I'm not sure were ever included in this set. I believe the set to be complete and in very good condition. The instruction sheet is the original but was laminated to preserve it. The tin buildings are excellent in my opinion.
