Marx 1958 IGY Arctic Satellite Base Set & Original Box Series 1000. Here is a great Marx playset ready for a new home. There are some pieces missing that I know of - the research hut and 1 igloo - and there may be more. Everything in the pictures is what you will receive. There are 16 blue men, 15 Eskimos, 7 penguins, 6 dogs and 7 wild animals along with various accessories. I'm not exactly sure what is missing as far as the missiles are concerned but there are 4 with other pieces that seem to belong to the set. The box is in fair shape.

There is writing and coloringl on the box and it is pretty bent up but it still holds the toys. There are a total of 7 pieces of metal fencing including the entrance gate. One section is bent but the rest are in good shape. This is a well loved playset but still a great collectors piece! The box measurements are 21x13x4.
