Huge Lot of Louis Marx Playsets (incomplete or near complete)over 200pc. Included in the lot are 3 Tin-Litho buildings. 200+ accessories from The Modern Farm Playset and Western Playsets.

There are two sets of the brown Bar-M-ranch fencing (spokes holding the gate onto one of the entrence pieces is broken) plus the white Modern Farm fencing. The boxes for the Modern Farm and the Western Ranch as included. The Western Ranch Box is torn on both back side corners.

Modern Farm box is in fairly good condition and has the seperators for the different bags(also included) still inside. Both of the tables in the ranch sets are missing a leg, the grinding wheel table is also missing a leg. Both of the wells have damage. One is missing one of the connecter pegs on the top and bottom crank section, the other has been glued to the top. The little brown plastic cabin roof has residue underneth where someone had used tape to hold it together. The inside of the Sunnyfield Farms Barn has a couple small areas of paint loss(see photos)There may be other items that may be damaged in some way that I haven't noticed, but I have went over the entire lot breifly and it seems that most items are in good pre-owned condition.
