History in the Pacific Play Set by Marx. Rare, highly desirable vintage playset. Surely not complete but packed with lots of original material, some appear new. Includes 47 peach or beige Japanese Troops (rare color I think, these look nearly new, marked Marx under base). 95 US GIs plus 2 stretchers (includes 2 paratroopers but only one parachute), 4 fighter aircraft, 6 concertina wire, 2 landing craft, 2 life boats, a half track, pillbox, 2-piece bridge, 3-piece US flag, 2-piece Japanese flag (missing the post), shooting artillery piece, palm tree and 2 shrubs, numerous tent pieces (did not put together so not sure if complete, but a load of pieces with the camo fabric top) and a partridge in a pear tree (not really).
