The pieces for the terrace are still sealed in original bag. One piece of furniture the vanity had a leg missing.

One figure was missing it's base, but I think it is here and can be reglued to figure. Hairline crack on two sections of the clear house panels. One piece of furniture - the tub has plastic melt on backside of the wall panel won't affect display.

Includes outdoor trees, furniture, figures, cars, accessories, mat, instructions, box and house. Box has split corners and wear. Mat is in excellent condition.
