1959 MARX METAL SUBURBAN COLONIAL DOLL HOUSE PLAY SET With BOX INSTRs FURN. DISNEY

Here is an awesome late 1950s, based on the zone number 10 and the address on the box, Lewis marks, 500 5th avenue, 10, new york, suburban colonial dollhouse metal playset toy, with furniture, instructions and accessories. This neat large size, likely never played with, Mark's suburban colonial dollhouse metal playset toy, is in superb condition, with bright lithograph including a Disney Walt Disney character playroom. The original instructions are there, though they are very brittle and delicate. The box has seen significant shelf wear as the photos reflect, but is mostly complete. Some of the furniture and place that accessory pieces have broken legs, I have taken lots of photos to indicate the condition. I know there are some small furniture pieces missing, so please review photos as they are an important part of the description.

The dollhouse itself, with 10 lithograph panels that were designed to be tabbed together, but do not look to have ever been assembled, are in excellent original condition with minor wear, but with the original wrapping on some of them still intact.
