This set was the earliest version of the Official Tom Corbett Space Academy Set by Marx manufactured over 60 years ago. It's in very good used condition and is being offered by the original owner. The set is virtually complete, missing only the small yellow plastic cannon shells. The only damage of note is broken fins on the 2 rockets and damage to the rocket launcher which is missing a spring. The box has some wear on the front edge and flap, plus the two front corners have mostly separated. The blue graphics retain the original brightness. Box size is larger than some reported sets, at 14.75x 23.5 x 4.5. Packaging: The container box was printed and illustrated with an accurate representation on the cover.
