ALL AUCTIONS END DECEMBER 28th AROUND 5 P. The only part missing is 1 useless Indian pose: the paddler without a paddle pose he must of lost it up that famous creek! All pieces are in excellent condition with 4 exceptions: 2 of the mounted cavalry are missing weapons (sword and flag), 1 of the pins on the hitch is missing (still sets up fine), 2 of the 4 ladders are missing hooks (you only need 2 to support the 2 blockhouses), and 1 of the dead tree branches is broken off.
