I go to some huge flea markets and specialty toy shows/markets several times a year and it's been several years since I've seen almost any Marx set with the original box. The house is a classic 1950's Mid Century Modern! It's in beautiful condition, the only real flaws I could see is a bit of a crease in the metal in a couple of the panels - one in particular at one of the gable ends.

It's very clean and the furniture set looks complete! Note the baby crib does have one leg missing. I don't see any flaws in the rest of the furniture. The box of course suffers from many years of storage and the box clearly got wet/damp at some point. It's still displayable, but definitely not perfect shape.
