As you see it in the pics. The figures and accessory are in very good condition. The tin litho building has rust. I do not know if these can be refurbished or not. The doors do not open by turning the crank. A spring is hear but detached and probably snapped at the part where it attaches. Missing the red light for the top of the building. Also has some dings and some scratches. In the case of very large packages it may take me a day or two to get or make a proper sized box.
