10 PALMER Vintage MOVIE MONSTER Figures, 1964, Optimum colors

It's 1964 and you're a 10 year old boy standing in the toy aisle at a local grocery store where your parents make their weekly trip to town. You love the old classic movie monsters and there are Aurora models, Marx 6 inch monster figures, and the MPC monster figures - but monster replicas are few and far between. And there you see them. They leave an indelible fond memory that never fades with age 60 years later.

This group of 10 figures was selected for the optimum desirable colors and except for missing the little spread eagle pose of Fay Wray (which always seems to have been lost in time) this is a complete set of the 8 different figures produced. DRACULA in blue and red, FRANKENSTEIN MONSTER in green and blue, the CYCLOPS from 7th Voyage of Sinbad in green, KING KONG in blue, the WOLFMAN in blue, GORGO in green, the CREATURE from the Black Lagoon in green, and IT the Terror from Beyond Space in green. All are in very good condition with minimal wear and no damage or molding defects of holes. Don't bother asking if I will break this up and sell an individual figure because the answer is No. The price is a bargain for this collection.
