Vintage Marx Tin Litho Roadside Rest Service Filling Gas Station With Original Box Made In The 1930s. The service station is in very good vintage condition with minor creasing, rust spots and paint wear. The box is in fair to good condition for its age with staining, one puncture hole on the side see picture, fraying and warping. I don't know how to check if the lights work.

The wiring on the back looks intact. The set comes with 3 bulbs. Two say gas and screw in the top of the gas pumps.

The other one is under the lift and is suppose to light up when you pull the lift lever. See pics for a closer look. I consider the pictures part of the item description. Also included in this set is a blue oil tank wagon marked motor oil. It has some scratches on it.

Also included is a red water pail and a dead vintage Eveready D cell battery. I'm not sure if this one came with the set. The base measures 13-1/2 wide X 10 long.

Behind the pumps is a refreshment stand with two smiling flat metal attendants that resemble Laurel and Hardy. The building measures approximately 5-3/4 long X 2-1/4 wide X 5-3/4 high. I consider the pictures part of the description.
