A great piece and reported to be rare. Offering an antique Silver City Western Town lithograph model in metal made by Marx circa 1950s. This unit measures 27 inches long, 9 1/2 inches high at it highest and 6 inches wide. The back is open to allow set up of figures, furniture, etc and is completely detailed inside. The piece has been in climate controlled storage for many years, and other than being dusty it is in remarkable condition only showing normal signs of play and wear.

The hotel is missing one of its swinging doors. There is a slight sway or dip in a small section of the roof, but the tabs are still attached and connected to the side walls. Everything else appears to be there, including the porch roof that is missing on so many others I've seen listed. I knew in the late 1960s the kid who was the previous owner. Of all the toys that he kept, he put this in a special place suggesting his good memories associated with it.
