MARX Fort Apache Stockade Playset, 45mm, #3609, MIB, 1951
MARX Fort Apache Stockade Playset, 45mm, #3609, MIB, 1951. This is one of the first, if not the first Ft. Apache Playsets that Marx issued. It includes one set of vinyl Indians and one set of vinyl Calvary men, all in pristine condition. As you can see, the arrow is intact in the Soldier who has been shot. The set includes an early tin HQ building, which has a floor. None of the tabs have been bent. The hard plastic stockade is pristine and of a matching medium brown. Not shown are sets of outdoor accessories, indoor furniture, rocks and a flag and flag pole, all pristine. The 60mm hard plastic buckboard with horse and attachments are pristine. The box and dividers are pristine. The original instruction sheet is present, but does have a major tear, but the sheet is complete. There are about 9 or 10 bags present. Some of the bags had disintigrated so bad that they have been replaced by original Marx bags obtained at the Marx warehouse sale. Overall, an incredible, very early Marx Playset. Please pay within 3 days. I do not end any of my auctions early. The item "MARX Fort Apache Stockade Playset, 45mm, #3609, MIB, 1951" is in sale since Friday, February 1, 2019.
